Position: General Crew (Barista & Kitchen)

Hourly wage: $16.00 + tips per hour

Average hours per week: 32 – 40 Average hours per week

Jop Prerequisite:

  • Basic English communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced café and kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn coffee preparation, beverage service, and food handling.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines.
  • Teamwork skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving during shifts.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Previous cafés, restaurants, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Job Description:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Assist in the kitchen by preparing, cooking, and plating food items.
  • Take customer orders, handle payments, and provide friendly service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and kitchen areas.
  • Restock ingredients, supplies, and condiments as needed.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and side duties assigned.

English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advance (A, B+, B ONLY)
